I have just installed the CRM Outlook plugin on three laptops for a CRM Online implementation, and the installation on all three laptops was successful. However, whilst one laptop is successfully tracking emails, the other two are not. Everything is available and configured properly, we click on the Track icon, but immediately you can see a problem because the blue and green small people icon that should show up next to the email being tracked does not show up. We have tried using the Set Regarding to see if anything happens, but again, no joy. What could be wrong and how do we solve it? I am stumped. Has anyone encountered this problem?
