I have a custom business process flow on a case entity. This is used by many users for input and retrieving information. We are experiencing a problem with it, in that when a field is filled in on the main form it is not replicated to the bpf.
Values are not copied to the business process flow under these circumstances:
- The process flow is minimized.
- The stage where the field is placed is not selected.
- The field is input into the main form.
Basically when the process flow is not selected or the stage where the field sits has not been clicked on previously, on input, the field value do not seem to show in the bpf.
This is causing a problem as users are opening a case assuming those fields have not been fielded in, so are completing them, sometimes with a different value.
Has anyone else experienced this or know where we are going wrong?
