I want to migrate all my organization from crm online to crm on premise 2015.
I installed microsoft dynamics crm on premise.
What is the best practices and what are the steps for migrating all solutions, users, custom views... ?
I noticed that in crm 2015 on premise there is no possibility to personnalize the global them. It seems that there is no update for crm on premise like the one done for crm online on may 2015.
