I have a number of users with the requirement to connect to two Organizations via their Outlook accounts.
One organization is a 2015 On premise CRM
One organization is a 2011 On premise CRM
When I had CRM for Outlook 2011 installed I could not connect to the 2015 CRM organization and vise versa when I upgraded to CRM for Outlook 2015 I could not connect to the 2011 CRM organization.
This is a tricky one. Anyone else run into this problem? Or have suggestions?
Upgrading the 2011 Organization is not an option at this time.
