Assign Appointment

Hi,

I am trying to validate not to assign appointments to another Owner that has appointments booked at the same range of time.

Actually I have a plugin that makes this validation in the Create event of an appointment but I want to perform it in the Assign event.

How can I perform it? Do you have any idea?
