How to change view dynamically on load of Relational Entity??

Dear Experts,

Client is looking for location based functionality. Using this functionality, Account Manager of respective location should be able to see the data of specific location.

For e.g.ABC Advertising is having 4 locations and having offices at Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore and New Delhi within India and it is having 400 employees (100 at each location). Account Manager of Pune should be able to see 360 degree view of 100 employees of ABC Advertising only (Policies, Claims, Cases etc.).

Similarly Account Manager of Mumbai, Bangalore and New Delhi should be able to see the complete information of its employees for their respective location. Account Head should be able to see the 360 degree view of ABC Advertising for all its locations.

Same process should repeat for other Accounts available within environment.

1. Below screenshot is the client page, its having the 1:N relationship with employee entity.

 2. Below screenshot is the the page when we click on this employee relationship in the navigation panel.

2--> it is the default subgrid where we got all the records of employees associated with respective client.

3--> Employee Associated View.

So my questions are :

1. Can we change this 'Employee Associated view' to custom view where i can filter the records with respect to employee location?

2. Can we load this custom view onclick of this Employee relationship in the navigation panel?

3. Can we trigger any function on click of Employee relationship in navigation panel?? (because there is no provision to set function when we create any relationship of one entity with other.)

Please suggest me the ways to achieve this challenge.

Thanks in advance.
