We purchased a new subscription of CRM Professional (as add on to our E3). So far I have assigned a license to myself to understand just a little and then distribute. . The connection with GP on premise is also part of the plan.
The question I have is, what are the next main steps I have to take, so people can use it, including with outlook.
Is there any step by step KB, where after subscription, I (as Office 365 and network administrator) can follow those steps to get started?
Any help will be appreciated. (FYI we are engaging with a company who will come and train the end users/functional-side, but my task is the initial back-end i.e. on Office 365 portal and client machine/outlook etc. setup.)
