So today I was making some changes and went to deactivate form and test out a new form I have been working on. But after clicking deactivate on the main form in opportunities entity it disappeared from the list like it was deleted I have closed all the windows went back in and still no form is showing as Deactivated. I did not Publish all changes after hitting deactivate. The Opportunities page is still loading the "old missing" form so its still there somewhere. Do I need to click publish after deactivating? Or did something else happen?
