How can we capture deep link URLs for the associated views

From the Account entity we can go to associated view of Contact and Opportunity. Here we need to know what should be the URL used to load the Associated Contacts view on the Account form. We are looking to use the same URL in our reporting system to get all the associated contacts of the given account.
