I use the case form to have a case filled out which is really long in which part of the case requires me to use dialog boxes
my question is
is there a way to create a new form that contains summary of a case and can be accessed via the main case form
yes I know I need to make 2 forms in the case entity and can be accessible via a role but what I want to do is have the main LONG case form and when the user fills out a case I would like them to go to a separate form via a button or something giving a brief summary of the case details
is this possible cause the system we are migrating from allows this I would like to know if its possible via CRM
