Performance Issues 2016 Online

Hi, 

We are experiencing performance issues with CRM 2016 Online we haven't encountered before. 

Users are experiencing an issue where Forms won't render, resulting in an everlasting spinning wheel. A sign-out/sign-in is required for CRM to resume normal operation. From what we can gather, this occurs both in the Office and off-site; therefore, we are beginning to doubt this is internal network related. 

We have tried enabling Legacy Form Loading, whilst this seemed to reduce the number of occurrences, the issue still remains. We've tried using the Performance Centre, however, when the hanging occurs the page essentially times-out rendering the Performance Centre fairly useless. 

The CRM System is fairly vanilla, with little by way of customisations. 

On top of the crashing there are random periods where CRM is very slow resulting in 10-15 seconds page Rendering times. 

The Systems performance is great 70% of the time, but the performance issues experienced for the remaining 30% of the time appear to be ruining the experience for Users. 

Does anyone have any possible solutions? The CRM for Outlook Client is used, so our next action will be to increase the synchronization timer there.
