Is anyone here used to install Dynamics CRM 2016 for Outlook in Windows 10 platform? My company plan to install Dynamics CRM 2016 for Outlook in Windows 10 platform but found it not working. The computer installed with Windows 10 64 bit, Microsoft Office 2013 32 bit and Dynamics CRM 2016 32 bit. There was no error prompted during the Dynamics CRM 2016 installation. Once I started the Outlook 2013 after Dynamics CRM 2016 installation, I noticed all tabs (Home, Send/Receive, Folder, View, CRM) in Outlook 2013 are missing. The tabs are appeared again after I disabled the Dynamics CRM 2016 add-in in Outlook settings. I was able to configure the connection for Dynamics CRM 2016 but it just not working at all in the Outlook 2013. The same Dynamics CRM 2016 is working fine in the Windows 8.1 platform 64 bit with Outlook 2013 32 bit. Can it be compatibility issue for Windows 10 platform or Outlook 2013?
