Hi All,

In case if you have gone through this issue and have workaround/solution, please let me know.

We have CRM 2013 SP1 UR3 and CRM for Outlook 2013 SP1 UR3 configured on Outlook 2013 Professional Plus.

Once we configure client and start using Outlook, after couple of hours CRM Addin gets disabled. Getting this Event log below:

ProgID: crmaddin.RibbonAddin

GUID: {26665368-369B-439C-BA35-C1E225482840}

Name: Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Description: This add-in is for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Load Behavior: 0

HKLM: 0

Location: c:\program files\microsoft dynamics crm\client\bin\crmaddin.dll (file:///c:/program%20files/microsoft%20dynamics%20crm/client/bin/crmaddin.dll)

Threshold Time (Milliseconds): 0

Time Taken (Milliseconds): 0

Disable Reason: This add-in caused Outlook to crash.

After some research I tried below workarounds here which didn't help either:

1) Reinstall Office and CRM for Outlook - NOT RESOLVED

2) Ensure the browser cache allows >350mb disk use (In IE… Tools… Internet Options… General… Browsing History… Settings… Disk Space to Use = 350) - NOT RESOLVED

3) Ensure the user can sign into the CRM via web browser

4) Verify the LoadBehavior value in the registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\crmaddin.Addin (In most cases, this value should be set to 3, see Microsoft documentation.)

5) Tried disabling all other AddIn in CRM but same result.
