Dynamics CRM 2016 - merging cases in interactive service hub

Hi all,

I'm running into a spot of difficulty with merging cases in the Interactive Service Hub on Dynamics CRM 2016 on-prem. When I tick two cases I expected to be able to click on the More Actions (...) button and see the option to merge them, but I only see an option to Add to Queue. 

I can merge using the standard UI, just not in the Interactive Service Hub.

I can merge using the Interactive Service Hub in CRM Online.

Does anyone know if there's an option I need to tick somewhere to enable this, or is it a bug? If it's a bug, is it solved by installing update 0.1? (the notes for that update would suggest not, but it's always worth asking).
