We have a requirement where the client wants to track the CRM records the user visited in CRM? the present application they have is having the ability to track the pages user visited and give them the info. How can we implement it in CRM? since audit history will be deleted on quarterly basis they aren't interested in this approach. One of my thought is to have a plugin run on Retrieve that creates a custom record with the details. But I am worried about the performance impact. any help or guidance is highly appreciated. I searched for any CRM add ons that provides this capability and couldn't find one. Is there any add ons that already exists for CRM that provide this functionality. If not what could be the best way to do this?
