After linking email to CRM, email does not show in activities

Hi Community, 

When in outlook, for an email I update the 'set regarding' value with a valid value for either a contact or a case.

The information seems to be stored, but the email never gets shown in CRM.

The settings in personal options has selected the following option:

E-mail messages replying to CRM

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Any help is much appreciated!
