We have a requirement where client want to see Service Calender's activities on F1 Schedule Board i.e. If an engineer has call at 2pm-2:30pm then that should show up on Schedule board too so that person who is scheduling will know engineer is busy between 2 and 2:30.
I know we can use Time Off Request here but issue with that is it does not have different colour schemes so its very hard to figure out what engineer is doing between 2 and 2:30.
