We are on Dynamcis CRM 2013 with UR2 for SP1.
Recently we migrated our Exchange from Exchange On-Premise to Exchange Online. I configured Email Router to point exchange online.
After moving we see that there are few Emails that are being moved to Undeliverables. In the application event logs we found the following error
#17174 - An error occurred while validating the email message with subject "subject" in mailbox Forwardmailbox . Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.EmailException: The email message with the details [Sender: sender@example.com; Subject: Subject Sent: Datetimestamp] could not be delivered because it does not contain a valid attachment. The message was moved to the Undeliverable folder. ---> Microsoft.Crm.CrmException: Invalid mail. Expected header items not found - possibly draft item or other type of item forwarded to this mailbox

Raised a ticket with Microsoft and they confirmed that this is the fixed in Update Rollup 4 for Service Pack 1 for CRM 2013. And they pointed me to the information that says

- Messages that are relayed to Exchange and are processed with the forward mailbox will fail and be moved to the undeliverable folder if they are DKIM verified.
I haven't installed UR4 for SP1 in our environment yet. Thought I will share this with the forum in case you will come across this issue in your environment.
But if you have had this issue in your environment and fixed by installing UR4 for SP1 please share your experience.
