New to Dynamics CRM, we are currently evaluating it for a number of uses. We are looking more at the xRM side of it than the sales/marketing side. One of the many uses we are exploring is to display simple data to users. An example would be a personnel manual, laid out like so:
Introduction
Certificate of City Manager
Employment Policy
About our City
Organizational Goals
Form of Government
etc
etc
So each section would have sub sections, then each of those subsections would be a document, the user would click on Certificate of City Manager and it would pop open the document displaying simple text.
How would you go about doing that in CRM/xRM? I've tried playing with entities, articles, forms and views. But can't seem to come up with a good solution as of yet.
Thoughts?
