Simple workflow - third level condition

Hi,

Do you have any simple solution to complete the development with simple workflow?

Below is the condition

Entity1-> Entity2-> Owner->Division (optionset) = "SOME TYPE"

Then Entity1.Attribute = SET SOME VALUE

End Condition

This is simple workflow I need to develop. 

Can you guys suggest how can I do it with simple workflow?

Plug-In & Custom Workflow Can do it. but I am looking for simple workflow.
