Hi, I currently have JScript that has two ajax calls, but for some reason the second call clears a field that I need.
Here's brief details: The first ajax call retrieves an ID number from a third-party application, and gets passed on to a field in CRM. Then, another ajax call is made to pass all CRM fields on this form back to this third-party application. While debugging (calling alert method), I noticed that the ID field gets cleared right after this second ajax call.
The ajax fires on save. The reason I am doing this is because for some reason, after the field is populated, CRM alerts that the field has been populated, but still says there are unsaved changes (even though I had just saved). Then, I have to hit save again to save this field. So, I am trying to make this happen in one go, instead of two saves.
Is there a behavior in multiple ajax calls in a single script that I should know?
