Hello,
We have created a workflow that creates an account when the opportunity is closed as won. On some records the workflow gives an error " The requested records can not be found or you do not have the permissions to view it".
I have checked the permissions for the user who is the owner of opportunity. The possible problem seems that that owner does not have permissions to create account. So I checked the permissions and it has all permissions that are neccessary to create accounts.
The workflow is the process created by me and I have also all the rights to create account. We have also checked that if the required fields in account are not being populated. These are also being populated. After many hours of research we are not able to track the problem. Can anyone help please?
