Hopefully somebody can help me in that case.
We have two different domain (server and user) which are not in the same organisational structure.
CRM is running on the server domain and AD on the user domain. If we try to add a new user it does not work because the domain are not in the same organisational structure.
Do we have to install ADFS or is there a other possible approach?
Also, we are using CRM plugin which runs also on the user domain and want to reach the CRM server which is running on the server domain.
What does we need to configure? ADFS and IDF? It seems that it does not work out of the box.
