Error installing Report Authoring Extension

We are trying to install the BIDS report authoring extension on a Windows 7 machine with VS 2008 and VS 2013 installed and are getting this error:

"Setup cannot continue because there is a pending restart required.  Restart the computer and then try running Setup again.  For additional details see logfile C:\Users\masont\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\MCRM\Logs\BIDSExtensionsSetup.log"

The log says:  "Reboot required == Key Found: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce contains Adobe Speed Launcher"

Any ideas??
