I'm a new user and am having some trouble with advanced find functions/queries.
I am trying to gather e-mail addresses for contacts that we have related to a specific group of accounts in our CRM, consisting of all active accounts we have where the account company uses a specific IT system (the applicant tracking system was a custom field that we created for all accounts).
So far, I have successfully run an advanced find for all active accounts that match our custom field (aka use the specific IT system that I'm looking for). I am having trouble figuring out how to then pull in e-mail addresses for all contacts that we have on record for those companies that meet my search criteria. I have already tried to edit the columns and have inserted the e-mail field related to both the account and contact, but the information does not populate, which leads me to believe I'm missing something.
Ultimately, once I have this list, I'd like to add all of the e-mail addresses that come from the search results to a marketing list. Any thoughts on how to do this easily as well would be appreciated!
