I am having this error when trying to use e-mail templates. Outlook will not bring up the "more templates" window under the "insert templates" for some reason I can only access ones that were previously loaded. When I click more templates, it looks like something is going to load but the window never pops up. When I click it again I get the follow error message
Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
