Does anyone know a way that we can add a user or allowing someone outside the organization to view or contact list? We have about 50 associates that only need access to our contact list but we cannot afford to pay for 50 user license just for this.
I chatted with a Microsoft rep and he said this is possible but it was the first I had heard of it. I am currently using the online trial version because we are still considering purchasing Dynamics CRM.
I went to the admin center to try to add a user and it says this user will be granted a professional license. I know the CRM trial comes with 50 pro licenses so I am unable to tell if the option will show up in a live version.
So if we cannot allow associates to view the contact list for "free", does anyone have any suggestions for this?
