How to run create exe of plugin?

Dear Experts,

i got a requirement of sending an birthday emails to employees every morning 6.

I have created a custom workflow and with the use of process (waiting time 24hrs), i have achieved this target.

But i think using the 24hrs waiting time will keep my thread busy for 24*7*365.

So do we have any provision that we can convert this plugin into .exe and assign it to Task Scheduler of Operating System.??

if there is way, please suggest me.
