CRM for Outlook question about sync

I am planing to configure CRM for Outlook,

Can someone answer:

• Is CRM for Outlook designed to sync contact from CRM to Outlook or from Outlook to CRM?
• If two persons have same contact in address book and sync contacts with CRM, which data will be main data, which data will be overwritten, who will be owner of the record?
