Hi there,
I'm just wondering if it's possible to have email notifications sent when there is any update to a task and or a case? The owner should get a notification that a note/post/activity was created or updated, that a task related to the case has notes on it etc.
Is there any OOTB functionality for this or would I have to create all of these manually?
