We have a process where task are only generated as part of a ticket (case). I've create a notification email that gets sent to the owner of the task however it doesn't show any detail of the case etc. Merely just show's the task information. I've created the notification to include other fields from the Related To which I assumed was the case information.
Any idea how I can show the case details (if the task is attached to a case) in the body of the task notification?
