We are getting ready to install CRM 2015. We currently use 2011.
A couple things, I am trying to find a good book to have on hand as a reference.. Any ideas?
For 2011, I used Step by Step CRM 2011 and it has worked well for me.
Also, in 2011, basically every click seems to open a new window or tab, does that trend continue in 2015
