Hello,
I am trying add a new "Subject". CRM will let me add it no problem. But when I go to select the new subject it is not there. I am also unable to modify any of the existing Subjects. It is like CRM excepts the change but does not apply it. See screen shot below.
I was able to this before and it works in the Sandbox just fine. But for some reason it is not working on the production side. Any thoughts as to why?
