Hi, we are moving from GM and exporting all of our contacts over to CRM, however after multiple attempts to try and get some sample data imported, we still cant see our records. I have been using the XML template for doing the import but to no avail. We have tried this with Accounts and Contacts and both import processes show that these imports were successful, but when we try to view the contacts in the contacts tab, nada.
Any advice on where this data has gone or why we can't view it would be much appreciated!
NOTE: We are only using CRM 2015, this is not integrated with Outlook as of yet.
