I am facing a strange issue in my CRM2015 onpremise
Back ground - Custom Entity 'A'
Collaboration Pane is on the form where Activity and Notes tab are present.
One WF creates emails and other Activity type of records to this entity A records.
Observation: When I have only one email activity for the record, then its visible in collaboration pane under Activity tab. But when multiple email or other types of activities are getting created manually or using WFs for the entity 'A' record then no activity type record is appearing in the collaboration pane.
And if I delete all the activities except one for the same record, then the same activity record is again appearing in Activity tab under collaboration pane.
Need urgent help here !!
