I have a rather peculiar request from a client.
Is it possible to develop a plugin that would allow for the editing of specific fields on a closed case without affecting the SLA timers. The use case would be to have a custom edit button that on click would pop up a window with editable fields from the original case, the user would then change the required fields and on save, the related case would be updated in the background.
