Additional addresses can be added to the account entity but these addresses are not searchable via the main search function. Via advanced find, selecting the address type, the addresses can be searched but this is not particularly user friendly.
For our customer services staff, they typically search based on postcodes. An account may have been created using one address (e.g. the invoicing address) but have additional delivery addresses and it is these that we would like to be able to search in a more convenient and quicker way than having to first do a primary search and then failing that, an advanced search.
Has anyone managed to find a better, more fluid way of searching addresses?
