Hi,
I'm looking for a plug-in, I think, that would allow me to have a workflow where I create a new Account record (when a certain Field is populated on an existing Account Record) and then the new and existing Account record can be merged retaining the new Account Records Created On date.
Worflow (Account): if 'Phone' contains data > Create new Account Record > Merge two Records.
Anyone know of anyway to achieve this?
