Just a quick FYI, I'm still a bit new to MS CRM. One of my coworkers told me that when on a new Case form and you set the Customer field, it clears the Product field (the product field was set first). I double-checked the field's events and I do not have any JavaScript code running on when the Customer field changes, so I'm at a loss to explain this behavior. Is this intentional OOB functionality?
