I'm sorry if this has been posted before, but I used the search and couldn't find it. My company is using Office 365 and we have upgraded to the latest version of Dynamics CRM 2015. We are using both Mac and Windows PCs and have Outlook 2015 installed on the Macs and Outlook 2016 on the Windows machines.
I have enabled the "Dynamics CRM" add-in for multiple accounts.
When viewing the "Dynamics CRM" tab on the Windows side, in Outlook 2016, the information comes up. However, on the Mac side in Outlook 2015, we receive the following message: "We're Sorry Your browser is currently unsupported. Help me resolve this issue" The last part is a link that takes you to an invalid page with the message "Sorry, we couldn't find a help article for this error code".
I've tried changing the default browser on the Mac to Safari, Chrome and Firefox and none of those changes have any affect on the error message.
Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this?
