We are using Office 2010 and have implemented IFD for CRM. I have the CRM Outlook client installed but I am using the Web Client for this export.
When I export using the Dynamic PivotTable option no records are returned.
The excel file opens with the [Enable Content] warning. After clicking this I see the "Running background query..." message in the status bar, but I get no records.
The Static Worksheet or Dynamic Worksheet options for the same AF both export data successfully to Excel.
Any suggestions on what to look at that would cause the problem with the Dynamic PivotTable export?
