This may be a non event but I wanted to ask the question before I attempt to perform a rollup of our CRM 2013 on premise environment.
We have a separate test environment where I have applied the latest rollup 3 for CRM 2013 with SP1 however I noticed some inconsistencies and unsure whether its a bug or whether it is intentional.
The test environment consists of 2 servers, one is the the CRM application server and the other is the CRM SQL database, this is shown below. I have upgraded using Windows update from the internet on both servers with the latest CRM rollup 3 patch however following the upgrade I have noticed in the deployment manager that CRM application server isn't showing the latest version. Instead it shows it as 6.1.0001.0132 which is rollup 1 CRM 2013 SP1.
It seems to show the correct version on the SQL server though.
Even more confusing when I go to the organisation view it seems to show the correct version and also when I go to the about screen when logged into CRM.
So I am confused have I got the correct version installed? I have rechecked Windows update and there are no updates left on both servers and there is a method to check all updates installed and both servers are showing to have successfully have installed the Rollup 3 for SP1 update successfully.
Confused..... Has anyone else seen this issue?
