I currently work for a company who are using CRM4 as their production backend system which is hosted by a third party supplier in their cloud servers through SPLA licensing.
We also have a test environment but the organization has not been updated in quite a long time and is therefore very out of sync with our production environment. If I try to export the customizations from the production server to the test server then the import fails and as there are over 300 new attributes added to the account field it will be hard to determine the type mismatches.
I have tried to remove the attributes but they cannot be deleted because they are used in reports or workflows. What is the easiest way to apply the customizations that are currently in the production server to that on the test server? Can a wipe of the organization be done simply? How can this be retied to the web server as when I tried to create a new organization through the deployment manager the old data and database seem to be still active when I visit the URL through a web browser.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
