Yesterday I was playing around with some settings regarding the synchronization of emails in Outlook with CRM. I made a change to synch "all emails" instead of the default. The problem I now face (shocking) is that every email...including private emails...are being logged into CRM.
I was just playing around but the problem is I cannot find the page which allowed me to make those settings. I know...I'm not the brightest bulb on the tree.
Any help here would be much appreciated. I've searched all over CRM and I can't find the setting page for the life of me.
