The very reason I bought a Surface Pro (two years ago) was to be able to hand-write notes in OneNote and then find a way to link the notes to CRM. It didn't work without those links allowing people to see all of my notebooks - some of which were private.
Now they have the OneNote integration tool...which is super sexy. This takes away the duplication effort of typing up meeting notes in CRM entirely (#1 complaint of my sales guys by far).
I've seen the video where they talk about how 'easy it is to setup' but they gloss over the details. Are there written instructions or better videos than what the Dynamics youtube site offers?
To me, this concept is a huge game-changer for the Surface and CRM...it's like Microsoft is no longer treating CRM like a *** step-child.
Thoughts and information is much appreciated.
