access problem to list of incidents view

Hi,

I can't access to list of incidents view by: Service->incidents. "Incidents" is disabled, i can access to others (like account,contacts, ....) but when i click on incident, nothing.

I tried to access by http://..../organizationname/cs/home_cases.aspx, it's ok. In the normal way i can't.

I need help.
