Remove a system or business required Field from Header of a form

Hi,

I am customizing a system entity form and i'd like to remove a field in the form header. A message indicates this field is business or system required.

I have changed the field requirement to optional but it still does not work. I absolutely need to insert another field instead in the form header.

Any ideas ?
