I have created a training entity related to a training course entity.
The theory is that the user adds internal and external participants to the training course and then an email is sent to the participants to inform them of the training course details.
I have added a sub-grid to lookup on contacts and another to look up on users for internal and external participants.
The issue I have with this method is that I am unable to use a process or mail merge template to send to the participants as they are not directly related to the training course.
We have a method that we would use whereby we could use some code to loop through the participants to fetch the data but I was wondering if anyone has a more simple method to achieve this?
