We are trying to allow CRM Accounts who are System Administrator create Duplicate Contacts in CRM system 2013 for users who are using Outlook Client, Server Side Sync is enabled too. Sys Admins would like to Click Yes and remove the message alert under - Email Mailboxes - > Users Mailbox -> Alerts. We found we need to grant Depth:Global Privileges to "ExchangeSyncIdMapping" but we are receiving a failed message - PrvCreateExchangeSyncIdMapping" to an Sys Admin CRM account failing with RoleService:VerifyCallerPrivledges failed:User
