I have administrator rights on my CRM. We do not have Outlook connected and use the email Router. My User setting in the File/Options/emails area is set to allow others to send emails.
I have set up a 'Marketing' user in the system (reporting to me) that we use to send marketing emails (so they don't clog my email address). It has the same email settings as me and the Security profile for emails is all Green.
I have set up a marketing test group so I can test email templates (through quick campaigns) before we send them to the target audience.
I am now trying to send the template to the test group from the Marketing User and it fails. When I do the quick campaign using my user name it works fine.
I have tried changing the Owner of the the campaign to Marketing but it makes no difference.
The email template is a Contact email. I tried a Global email template and I have the same issues.
My Quotas are fine, I have valid and approved emails in the system
Can any give me an idea of where else I can look.
